§ 90.020 LICENSE AND REGISTRATION.
   (A)   No person shall operate motorized ground equipment of any kind at the airport without a valid operator's license.
   (B)   No person shall operate any motor vehicle in the aircraft facilities area or landing area without having first obtained permission of the Airport Manager for the operation of that equipment.
