§ 90.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 90.001 through 90.008, § 90.011, §§ 90.020 through 90.024, §§ 90.035 through 90.043(A), §§ 90.044 through 90.049, §§ 90.060 through 90.081 and §§ 90.090 through 90.092, unless otherwise indicated, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor. Each day any violation occurs or continues shall be deemed a separate offense. Each offense shall be punished by a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $750. Except when otherwise provided by law, all fines and penalties recovered or received for violations of the aforementioned sections shall be paid to the city and used for the policing, care, supervision, maintenance and improvements of the premises.

   (B)   Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 90.100 through 90.107, unless otherwise indicated, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor. Each day the violation occurs or continues shall be deemed a separate offense. Each offense shall be punished by a fine of not less than $750. Except when otherwise provided by law, all fines and penalties recovered or received for violation of any provision of the aforementioned sections shall be paid to the city and be used for the policing, care, supervision, maintenance and improvements of the premises.
