§ 90.011 EXEMPTION OF ACTS BY CITY.
   Nothing in this chapter shall apply or be construed to prevent or penalize anything done or caused by the city in constructing, operating, improving, repairing, maintaining, patrolling, policing, protecting or caring for the airport.
