(A) Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 50.01 through 50.05, 50.20 through 50.23, 50.30 through 50.35, 50.45 through 50.51 and 50.60 through 50.65 shall, upon conviction, be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and fined in an amount not less than $50 nor more than $750. Each day the violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense. The foregoing penalties shall be in addition to any other costs levied or assessed against the excavator by reason of the violation of any ordinance or statute.
