§ 50.10 UTILITY REPRESENTATIVE AT SITE OF EXCAVATION.
   (A)   A qualified employee of the City Gas Department may be present at the site of any excavation occurring within ten feet of any gas service line or other gas facility.
   (B)   The cost incurred in providing the person described in division (A) above shall be paid by theexcavator at actual cost to the Department.
