Concrete monuments depressed below street grade with cast iron ring and cover of a type approved by the city engineer shall be set at intersections of street centerline tangents or
off-sets therefrom, and where such intersect on private property at the beginning and end of centerline curve and/or off-sets therefrom. The exact location of all such monuments shall be shown on the final map before approval is requested. (Ord. 89 § 6.2(k), 1955).
Complete field notes in a form satisfactory to the city engineer, showing references, ties, locations, elevations and other necessary data relating to monuments and benchmarks set in accordance with the requirements of this chapter, shall be submitted to the city engineer, when so requested.
