16.24.040 REQUIRED IMPROVEMENTS.
   All required improvements shall be constructed under the inspection of and to approval of the city engineer. Cost of inspection shall be paid by the subdivider as established by resolution of the City Council . (Ord. 89 § 6.1(c), 1955).
