6.04.010 CONTRA COSTA COUNTY ANIMAL CODE ADOPTED BY REFERENCE.

   The Contra Costa County Animal Control Ordinance, Division 416 of the Contra Costa County Code, is adopted by reference in its entirety and as it may be amended from time to time, and incorporated herein. The provisions of this ordinance may be enforced by the Contra Costa County Animal Services Department pursuant to the agreement between the City of Pinole and Contra Costa County.

6.04.015 CONFLICT.

   To the extent there is any conflict between Chapter 6.04 of this Code and the Contra Costa County Animal Control Ordinance, the Contra Costa County Animal Control Ordinance shall control.
