General Provisions and Definitions

   EDITOR'S NOTE: Ordinance 2021-16, passed June 15, 2021, adopted a Comprehensive Plan for the City. Copies of such ordinance, the Plan and all amendments thereof may be obtained, at cost, from the City Manager.

1270.01 SHORT TITLE.

   This Zoning Code shall be known and may be cited and referred to as the "Pickerington, Ohio, Zoning Code" or just the "Zoning Code," and shall hereinafter be referred to as "this Code."

1270.02 AREA OF JURISDICTION.

   The provisions of this Code shall apply to all of the incorporated territory of the Municipality.

1270.03 APPLICABILITY.

   This Code shall apply to all land, every structure and every use of land or structures, excepting those uses specifically exempted herein below.
