CHAPTER 290
Municipal Court
   EDITOR'S NOTE: The provisions of Ohio R.C. 1901.01 established a Municipal Court for the City of Perrysburg, which has jurisdiction within the corporate limits of the City of Perrysburg and also has territorial jurisdiction within the corporate limits of the Municipalities of Rossford, Walbridge, Northwood, Millbury and Luckey, and within the Townships of Perrysburg, Ross, Lake and Troy in Wood County.
   The powers and duties of the Municipal Court are as provided for in Ohio R.C. Chapter 1901.
   The Supreme Court of Ohio, on December 4, 1967, promulgated "Rules of Practice and Procedure in Traffic Cases for All Courts Inferior to Common Pleas," the adoption of which became mandatory prior to March 2, 1969. Amended Rules, styled as the "Ohio Traffic Rules," became effective on January 1, 1975.
