290.04 COMPENSATION OF BAILIFF.

The Judge of the Municipal Court shall appoint a Bailiff and establish compensation for such Court officer, which compensation shall be payable in biweekly installments, three-fifths thereof being payable by the City and two-fifths thereof being payable by the County.
