(a) There is hereby established the position of Referee for the Municipal Court.
(b) The Municipal Court Referee shall be an attorney-at-law admitted to the practice of law by the Supreme Court of the State. (Ord. 66-75. Passed 9-9-75.)
(c) The salary of the Municipal Court Referee is hereby established at seventy-five dollars ($75.00) for each weekly session held, wherein the Referee conducts small claims and forcible entry and detainer hearings, and twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per hour when such Referee is assigned traffic arraignment proceedings.
