The Judge of the Municipal Court shall appoint and establish compensation for Deputy Clerks to serve in the Municipal Building, such compensation to be payable in biweekly installments, three-fifths thereof being payable by the City and two-fifths thereof being payable by the County. The duties of the Deputy Clerks shall be those determined to be necessary by the Clerk of the Municipal Court, subject to the approval of the Judge.
