The Judge of the Municipal Court shall appoint an Administrative Assistant who shall perform such duties as are assigned by the Court, which Administrative Assistant shall be compensated at the rate established by Council payable in biweekly installments, three-fifths thereof being payable by the City and two-fifths thereof being payable by the County. The duties of the Administrative Assistant shall be those determined to be necessary by the Judge of the Municipal Court. (Ord. 70-69. Passed 9-9-69.)
