(A) (1) Any dog owner, keeper or harborer violating § 96.01 shall be fined as follows:
(a) Not less than $25 nor more than $100 for the first offense;
(b) Not less than $50 nor more than $250 for the second offense within a consecutive 12-month period;
(c) Not less than $100 nor more than $500 for the third offense within a consecutive 12-month period; and
(d) Not less than $500 nor more than $750 for the fourth offense within a consecutive 12-month period.
(2) A separate offense shall be held to have been committed each day that the violation shall occur or continue.
(3) The violation of § 96.01 shall be considered a malum prohibitum offense not requiring the dog owner, keeper or harborer to have knowledge of the offense or negligent conduct.

(B) Any person violating any provision of §§ 96.20 et seq. shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $750, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. (Ord. 95-33, passed 7-10-95)
(C) Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of §§ 96.35 et seq. shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $750 for each offense. (Ord. 67-29, passed 9-25-67)
(D) (1) Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision of § 96.08 shall be fined as follows:
(a) Not less than $25 nor more than $100 for the first offense;
(b) Not less than $50 nor more than $250 for the second offense within a consecutive 12-month period;
(c) Not less than $100 nor more than $500 for the third offense within a consecutive 12-month period; and
(d) Not less than $500 nor more than $750 for the fourth offense within a consecutive 12-month period.
(2) A separate offense shall be held to have been committed each day that such violation shall occur or continue.
(E) Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of § 96.09 shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $750 for each offense.
