§ 96.20 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   DANGEROUS ANIMAL. A lion, tiger, leopard, ocelot, jaguar, cheetah, margay, mountain lion, lynx, bobcat, jaguarundi, bear, hyena, wolf or coyote or any poisonous or life threatening reptile.
   OWNER. Any person who:
      (1)   Has a right of property in a dangerous animal;
      (2)   Keeps or harbors a dangerous animal;
      (3)   Has a dangerous animal in his care; or
      (4)   Acts as custodian of a dangerous animal.
