EDITOR'S NOTE: Ordinance 62-75, passed April 21, 1975, authorized an Agreement with the City of North Royalton providing for tapping into the North Royalton Sanitary Sewer on Sprague Road (the 1-M-1 Interceptor Sanitary Sewer) by Parma residents and for charges and payment of the same as a condition precedent to obtaining a street opening permit.
This chapter, previously a codification of Ordinance 107-61, passed June 26, 1961, as amended by Ordinances 206-75, passed November 17, 1975, 202-80, passed December 15, 1980, 56-82, passed April 19, 1982, and 71-82, passed June 9, 1982, was repealed and re- enacted in its entirety by Ordinance 192-84, passed December 17, 1984.
