941.02 CHANGES IN RATES.

Any change in the sewer rental rates duly approved by the City of North Royalton for all sublots connected into and utilizing the facilities of North Royalton Sewer District "B" shall be applicable to those sublots in the City of Parma connected to and utilizing such facilities when notice and a certified copy of legislation relating to such change are filed with the Director of Public Service of the City of Parma.
