The City of North Royalton is hereby authorized to assess and provide for the collection of sewer rental rates for those residents of the City of Parma currently served by the North Royalton Sewer District "B" sewage treatment plant, which residents have heretofore been identified in Exhibit "A" attached to Ordinance 202-80, passed December 15, 1980, provided that such charges are equivalent to those made to other residents of that District. Upon receiving written notification from the City of Parma of addresses of additional Parma parcels of real estate which hereafter connect into and utilize the facilities of the North Royalton Sewer District "B" sewage treatment plant, the City of North Royalton is authorized to assess and provide for the collection of sewer rental rates from residents residing on such parcels.
