(a) Individual bonds are required for:
(1) The Treasurer for at least fifty thousand dollars ($50,000);
(2) The Auditor for at least fifty thousand dollars ($50,000);
(3) The Deputy Auditor for at least fifty thousand dollars ($50,000); and
(4) The Deputy Treasurer for at least fifty thousand dollars ($50,000).
(b) All personnel of the Parma Municipal Court shall be bonded according to law.
(c) All other officials and employees in the City, and their positions, shall be covered by a Public Employee's Blanket Bond in the amount of two thousand, five hundred dollars ($2,500) for each position.
(d) It shall be the duty of the Auditor to enforce this section.
