   EDITOR'S NOTE: H.B. 219 changed the title of the Chief Legal Officer of a statutory City in Ohio from the Solicitor to the Director of Law, effective November 1, 1977. References throughout these Codified Ordinances to "the Solicitor" or "the City Solicitor" shall be interpreted to mean the Director of Law of the City.
