139.02 SPECIAL COUNSEL FOR COLLECTIVE BARGAINING.

(a) The Director of Law is hereby authorized to employ the services of special legal counsel to assist the City in conducting collective bargaining with various representatives of City employees on an ongoing basis and to advise the City in connection therewith.

(b) Funds for the payment of such special legal counsel for collective bargaining purposes shall be paid from Account No. 1705-085-Special Counsel.
