The City shall make available health insurance coverage, including prescription drug, dental and vision coverage, as provided to those City employees pursuant to Section 173.14, to part-time assistant law directors/prosecutors who have been employed with the City for a period of not less than four consecutive months and who elect to pay for such coverage at the full-group premium rate for the coverage elected and/or the amount equal to the COBRA rate.
