§ 22.603 JURISDICTION

   The Code Enforcement Board shall have jurisdiction over and shall enforce the following chapters and sections of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris, as may be amended, and any other provisions of the Code of Ordinances designated by the city:

   (A)   Chapter 31, §§ 31.001 through 31.101 (garbage and trash);

   (B)   Section 40.203 (overnight parking);

   (C)   Section 40.206 (parking on private property);

   (D)   Section 40.208 (boats, boat trailers, and trailers);

   (E)   Section 41.001 (public sidewalk specifications and construction code);

   (F)   Section 41.217 (condition of sidewalks);

   (G)   Section 41.400 (obstructions to sidewalks);

   (H)   Chapter 41, Article VII, §§ 41.600 through 41.999 (relating to signs and advertisements);

   (I)   Chapter 50, in its entirety, relating to nuisances;

   (J)   Section 52.105 (awnings);

   (K)   Section 52.106 (sweeping; depositing trash);

   (L)   Chapter 70 for citations for violation of the building code, electrical code, plumbing code, or the International Property Maintenance Code, and any citations issued pursuant to the applicable provisions of those codes;

   (M)   Sections 71.001 and 71.002 (housing and unsafe buildings);

   (N)   Chapter 74, in its entirety, relating to flood damage prevention;

   (O)   Chapter 75, in its entirety, relating to sediment control; and

   (P)   All other ordinances that apply herein, or are hereafter adopted or amended, which specifically provide for enforcement by Citation Officers, Code Enforcement Officers or the Code Enforcement Board in the manner set forth in this article.
