§ 41.999 PENALTY
   (A)   Anyone who violates the provisions of Article VII shall be punished according to the penalty set out in § 10.999. Each separate bill, sign, notice, or poster that is posted in violation of this article shall be deemed a separate offense.
   (B)   Any person who violates any of the provisions of §§ 41.215 through 41.218 shall be fined not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each offense. Each day's continued violation shall constitute a separate offense.
