PLAN COMMISSION; COMPREHENSIVE PLAN
§ 150.01 PLAN COMMISSION; COMPOSITION.
   (A)   There is hereby created a Plan Commission for the city.
   (B)   The Plan Commission shall consist of 7 members, to include the following:
      (1)   The Mayor as ex officio member without the power to vote; and
      (2)   Seven other members, citizens of the city, appointed by the Mayor on the basis of their particular fitness for duty on the Plan Commission and subject to the approval of the City Council.

§ 150.02 MEMBER TERMS; VACANCIES; COMPENSATION.
   The ex officio member shall serve for the term of his or her elective office; appointed citizen members shall serve for a period of 3 years. Vacancies shall be filled by appointment for unexpired terms only. All members of the Commission shall serve without compensation, except that, if the City Council deems it advisable, the secretary may receive such compensation as may be fixed from time to time by the City Council and provided for in the appropriation ordinance.
