(A) The Comprehensive Plan, May 2002, City of Paris, Illinois, is hereby adopted, this plan to include the following planning elements and related text, copy of which is attached to the ordinance as Exhibit A:
(1) Sec. 1: Introduction;
(2) Sec. 2: Background for Planning;
(3) Sec. 3: Land Use Plan;
(4) Sec. 4: Major Street Plan; and
(5) Sec. 5: Community Facilities Plan.
(B) This official plan of the city shall be in full force and effect within the city and the unincorporated area within 1½ miles of the city, from and after the passage of this section and the recording with the County Recorder of Deeds of notice of the adoption of this plan, as provided by law.
