§ 36.40 BOARD OF TRUSTEES.
   There shall be a Board of Trustees of the Firefighters' Pension Fund which shall consist of 5 members. Two members of the Board shall be appointed by the Mayor of the city, 2 members of the Board shall be active participants of the Pension Fund who are elected from the active participants of the Fund, 1 member of the Board shall be a person who is retired under the Fireman's Pension Fund Act of 1919 or this subchapter who is elected from persons retired under the Fireman's Pension Fund Act of 1919 or this subchapter. The members of the Boardselected from the active and retired firefighters shall be elected at the time and in the manner provided by law.
