GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE PROVISIONS

§ 30.01 FISCAL YEAR.

   The fiscal year for the city shall begin on the first day of May of each year and end on the last day of April of the following year.

§ 30.02 DATUM.

   The datum for city levels shall be the datum point established by the U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey situated in the County Courthouse yard, being represented by a sunken post with a disc stamped “Paris (elevation 726.30 M.S.L.).”
