§ 38.17 VOLUNTARY PAYMENT ON YEARLY BASIS.

   In lieu of payment of a charge on each call the City Fire Department makes for the self-insured entity, the entity may make a strictly voluntarily payment to the city for use only by the Fire Department on a yearly basis of $1,000.
