165.01 SHORT TITLE.

This chapter shall be known and may be cited and referred to as the “Zoning Regulations of the City of Orange City, Iowa”, to the same effect as if the full title were stated.

165.02 INTERPRETATION OF REGULATIONS.

In their interpretation and application, the provisions of this chapter shall be held to be minimum requirements. Where this chapter imposes greater restrictions than is imposed or required by other provisions of law or other rules or regulations or ordinances, the provisions of this chapter shall govern.
