It shall be unlawful to install, operate, maintain, or use any magazine or tank for the storing or keeping of inflammable oils, gasoline, or liquefied petroleum gases, having the capacity of up to 1,000 gallons, in all Commercial and Industrial Districts within the City limits, without first obtaining a permit.
Any person, firm, or corporation desiring a permit for the construction, installation, operation, or maintenance of any magazine or tank for the storing, keeping, or disposing of inflammable oils, gasoline, or liquefied petroleum gases, shall make application for a permit to the City, and shall file with such application a plat, drawn to scale, showing the size and location of the magazines or tanks installed or to be installed, and all other buildings or structures erected thereon, and the location of and present use of all buildings within 200 feet.
