§ 90.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is provided shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this §§ 90.001 through 90.003 shall suffer the forfeiture of his or her building bond or bonds.

   (C)   Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of §§ 90.015 through 90.026 shall suffer the forfeiture of his or her building bond or bonds.

   (D)   Whoever violated or fails to comply with any of the provisions of §§ 90.040 through 90.055 shall suffer the forfeiture of his or her building bond or bonds.
