§ 90.026 SIDEWALK FUND.
   The City Treasurer shall establish a sidewalk fund. Moneys paid to the city pursuant to § 90.025 above shall be deposited and held by the City Treasurer in the fund and shall be disbursed from time to time for the purpose of installation, improvement and repair of city sidewalks upon the direction of Council.
