§ 90.040 DRIVEWAY REQUIRED.

(A) No person shall be granted an occupancy permit under this chapter without construction of an approved driveway connecting the street to any garage or automobile storage facility constructed on the property for which an occupancy permit is being issued.

(B) All driveways constructed shall be as specified by the Building Commissioner.
