The Mixed Use Development District is established to provide for a wide variety of compatible housing choices addressing the needs of local residents in all age groups and to encourage high quality design, comprehensive planning and a coordinated approach to the orderly growth and development of said District. Land in this district shall be made subject to the regulations and controls specified in this chapter, in addition to the provisions of any zoning ordinance or regulations now or hereinafter in effect.
