1272.01 R-PC PLANNED CLUSTER RESIDENCE DISTRICT GENERALLY.

   The R-PC District is a special exception permitted use in any of the R-1, R-2 and R-3 Districts, upon application to the Planning Commission and approval of Council of the City of Norton, as hereinafter set forth.
