1272.02 PERMITTED USES.
   There are no permitted uses in an R-PC Planned Cluster Residence District.

1272.03 AREA REQUIREMENTS.
   Uses requiring special exception use permits in an R-PC Planned Cluster Residence District are:
   (a)   Clustering of one-family dwellings.
   (b)   Multifamily dwellings.
   (c)   Garden apartments, town houses and row houses.
   (d)   Commercial convenience shops, provided they are intended to serve only the residents of the R-PC District where they are located.
   (e)   Churches and religious institutions.
   (f)   Private schools which offer instruction in the several branches of learning and study required to be taught in the public schools in the State of Ohio, nursery schools, day-care centers and private non-profit recreation areas.
   (g)   Golf courses and country clubs.

1272.04 AREA REQUIREMENTS.
   Area requirements in an R-PC District are as follows:
   (a)   Minimum Lot Area. 260,000 square feet.
   (b)   Minimum Lot Width. 400 feet.
   (c)   Minimum Lot Depth. 400 feet.
   (d)   Minimum Lot Coverage. Thirty-five percent of total lot area.
