(a) Commercial Amusements (826.02). The fee for a commercial or noncommercial amusement license shall be two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00), plus fifty dollars ($50.00) per day.
(b) Disposal of Hazardous Waste (838.03). The fee for a hazardous waste disposal permit shall be five dollars ($5.00) per ton and not less than one dollar ($1.00) per ton if challenged by a Court of record.
(c) Disposal of Infectious Waste (840.02). The fee to be paid by an off-site infectious waste treatment facility and treatment facility shall be five dollars ($5.00) per ton.
(d) Secondhand Dealers (860.04). The fee for a secondhand dealer license shall be fifty dollars ($50.00) per year.
(e) Vendors and Solicitors (872.02). The fee for an itinerant vendor's license shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per day.
(f) Shopping Centers (872.04). The fee for a license for institutions and organizations that desire to utilize the premises of certain shopping centers shall be one thousand dollars ($1,000) per year.
