(a) Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 3734.024, any off-site infectious waste treatment facility and treatment facility shall pay a fee as set forth in Chapter 208 of the Administration Code - the General Fee Schedule - on the treatment of infectious waste at that treatment facility. This fee is an addition to all other applicable fees and taxes and shall be added to any other fee or amounts specified in the contract as charged by the owner or operator of an off-site infectious waste treatment facility.
(b) Such fee shall commence on the sixtieth day after the adoption of this chapter.
