872.04 SHOPPING CENTERS.
   The owner or manager of any shopping center larger than two acres located within the City shall have the right to apply for a license under this chapter for any and all institutions and organizations that might desire to utilize the premises of such shopping center in order to conduct a business venture. The owner or manager of such shopping center shall make application each year for a license on behalf of such shopping center, the fee for which license shall be as set forth in Chapter 208 of the Administration Code - the General Pee Schedule. Such license shall terminate automatically on the last day of the year for which it was issued and such license shall be renewed on or before January 15 of each succeeding year upon payment of the annual license fee as set forth in Chapter 208 of the Administration Code - the General Fee Schedule, by such owner or manager of the shopping center. The payment of such fee by the shopping center owner or manager shall exempt all organizations from making application and paying the license fee required under Section 872.02.
