(a) No itinerant vendor shall engage in such business without first obtaining a license therefor and paying a fee therefor as set forth in Chapter 208 of the Administration Code - the General Fee Schedule, for each day that such business is carried on. Such license shall terminate automatically on the last day for which such sum has been paid.

(b) No transient vendor or limited vendor, as defined in Ohio R. C.5739, shall engage in making retail sales without first obtaining a license therefor, as required in Ohio R. C. Chapter 5739.
