854.02 PERMIT REQUIRED; RENEWALS.
   No person shall operate a public roller skating rink within the limits of the Municipality without first obtaining a permit therefor from the Director of Finance. Such permit may be revoked at any time. Such permit may be limited as to time within the discretion of the Mayor, but in no event shall it extend beyond one year from the date of issuance. Such permit may be renewed from time to time.

854.03 PERMIT FEE.
   The fee for a permit to operate a public roller skating rink shall be as set forth in Chapter 214 of the Administration Code.
854.04 HOURS OF OPERATION.
   Every roller skating rink operating within the Municipality shall be closed not later than 12:00 midnight and shall not thereafter be opened prior to 7:00 a.m. No proprietor of a roller skating rink shall fail to observe this provision.

854.05 DISORDERLY CONDUCT.
   No person in a public roller skating rink or on or about the premises on which such roller skating rink is located shall conduct himself or herself in a disorderly, noisy or abusive manner or provoke or attempt to provoke a breach of the peace.

854.06 REVOCATION OF PERMIT.
   Any permit to operate a roller skating rink within the limits of the Municipality shall be revoked if the operation of such rink by reason of the continual congregation or assemblage of disorderly persons or the occasioning of disorders and noises, disturbs the public peace. This section shall not be construed so as to restrict the Mayor's power to revoke such permit for any reason other than as herein set forth.

854.99 PENALTY.
   Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Whoever is convicted of or pleads guilty to a misdemeanor, or minor misdemeanor shall be sentenced in accordance with Section 698.02. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation or noncompliance occurs or continues.
