Introduction. These rules implement the provisions of §§ 25-317.1 and 25-317.2 of the Administrative Code, insofar as such sections concern the issuance of Summonses and previously issued Notices of Violation, warning letters and stop work orders and the enforcement of the requirements of Chapter 3, Title 25 of the Administrative Code in administrative tribunals, including the imposition and adjudication of administrative penalties. For purposes of the Administrative Code and the rules of the Landmarks Preservation Commission, the term "Notice of Violation" or "NOV" means "Summons".
