§ 1-15 Fire Department Enforcement of Board Resolutions.
The resolutions of the Board, which set forth the final determinations of the Board and the terms and conditions for approval of an application, may be enforced by the New York City Fire Department, consistent with the scope of the Fire Department's enforcement authority under Chapter 19 of the Charter, Titles 15 and 29 and § 28-103.1 of the New York City Administrative Code, and any other applicable laws, rules and regulations. This provision shall not be deemed to impair the authority of any other agency to enforce the resolutions of the Board, including the New York City Department of Buildings.
