A Local Law to amend Local Law 50 for the year 1991, in relation to establishing a new permit and fee category for a private sewage disposal system for which a permit bad been Issued by the department of health under the New York City health code on or after January 1, 1987 and before July 1, 1991, and such permit or renewal thereof has expired
Be it enacted by the Council as follows:
Section 1. Section 5 of Local Law 50 for the year 1991 is amended to read as follows:
§ 5. The permits issued by the commissioner for the construction and maintenance of private sewage disposals systems pursuant to paragraph one of subdivision b of section 1403 of the city charter and the fees therefor shall be as follows:
