6106.1 Dispensing and filling.
It shall be unlawful to dispense LPG, fill a container with LPG, or transfer LPG in any state from one container to another.
Section FC 6107: Safety Precautions and Devices
6107.1 Safety devices.
Safety devices on LPG containers, equipment and systems shall not be tampered with or otherwise rendered inoperable and the service unsafe.
