(A) In residential districts.
(1) Parking spaces accessory to dwellings shall be located on the same lot as the use served, and may be located in any yard; provided that, there shall be no parking in a front yard, except on established driveways.
(2) Parking spaces accessory to other uses may be located on a separate lot; provided, such spaces shall be no more than 300 feet from the use served.

(B) In commercial and industrial districts. Parking spaces accessory to dwelling uses shall be located the same as required in residential districts. Spaces accessory to other uses may be located in any yard; provided, they shall not encroach upon any area required by district regulations to be maintained as open, landscaped area. Spaces accessory to other than dwelling uses may be located on a separate lot; provided, they shall be no more than 500 feet from, and in the same zoning district, as the use served.

(A) General. Off-street parking spaces shall be provided for the following listed uses as specified herein.

(B) Agricultural. For all uses listed in this category in § 158.016 of this chapter, there shall be no off-street parking requirements.

(D) Recreational.

Warehouses, storage buildings, establishments engaged in the production, processing, cleaning, servicing, testing or repair of materials, goods or products | 1 parking space for each 2 employees, plus 1 parking space for each vehicle used in the conduct of the enterprise |

(A) When two or more uses are located on the same lot or within the same building, parking spaces equal in number to the sum of the separate requirements for each such use shall be provided. No parking space or portion thereof shall serve as a required space for more than one use unless otherwise authorized by the Board of Adjustment.

(B) Off-street parking facilities for different buildings, structures or uses may be provided collectively in any zoning district in which separate parking facilities for each constituent use would be permitted; provided that, the total number of spaces so located together shall not be less than the sum of the separate requirements for each use.

(A) In addition to the required parking spaces, there shall be provided surfaced off-street loading berths as follows:
For every new building used for other than residential purposes, and containing more than 5,000 square feet of floor area | 1 berth 10 feet wide, 25 feet long and having a vertical clearance of not less than 12 feet |
For every new building, regardless of use, containing more than 20,000 square feet | 2 berths 10 feet wide, 25 feet long and having a vertical clearance of not less than 14 feet |
(B)
Where it is anticipated that the movement of goods or materials into or out of a building may frequently be made by semi-trailer, the Zoning Administrator may require loading berths to be 50 feet in length rather than 25 feet.
(C) All loading berths shall be located within or adjacent to and on the same lot as the building served.
