§ 158.133 MODIFICATION OR WAIVER OF REQUIREMENTS.
   Where public parking lots are located in the vicinity of a use, and will wholly or partially fulfill the parking needs of that use, the Board of Adjustment may waive or modify the requirements of this subchapter.
