CHAPTER 228

   EDITOR'S NOTE: There are no sections in Chapter 228. This chapter has been established to provide a place for cross references and any future legislation.
   Resolution 97-07, passed December 1, 1997, establishes a fixed asset accounting system policy and procedures for implementing said policy entitled “City of New Carlisle Fixed Asset Policy and Procedures”, which is hereby adopted by reference and made a part of these Codified Ordinances as if fully set forth herein. Copies of such policy and procedures may be obtained, at cost, from the Clerk of Council.
